Last night we had our annual “Royuk Hotel Night”. Each year, Grandpa and Grandma get hotel rooms for all of us at a hotel that has a pool and hot tub. The kids enjoy swimming in the pool, and the adults enjoy sitting in the hot tub.
Tara was particularly fun to watch. She wouldn’t get in the pool, but LOVED to watch. She reminded me of some invalid from a black and white movie who sits and watches as everyone else has fun.
She did eventually get in though. She had fun floating in the inflatable ring.
The hotel was a fun stay, but they didn’t give Mom and Dad their wake-up call at 4:15 so they could get to the airport in a timely manner.
Nice hotel, bad wake-up call.
VERY cool! I’m jealous. Looks a little like the Gaylord – only not as big, not as many water features, and not as many plants, but other than that…
Was the hot tub as boiling hot as the one in Nashville? Did you drink B & B while you seeped?
AND the big question I have: Did anyone receive any “unicycle” gifts this year?
Awesome! I’m sad to not see more of Beth in her cool suit! (I saw it empty – no Beth inside, and it is beautiful!)
