Addiction Broken! (for now)

My latest Xbox addiction has been The Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. It’s actually a very clever game. It’s a bit of a puzzle game and a bit of an action game. You’re working your way through town and palace to get to Vizier, who has used magic to transform himself into a hideous monster and steal your throne.

I finished it. Yay! After finishing a game, it’s addictive hold is never as strong. I will still play this game, but now only in short, pleasant sessions. The packaging says this is the last Prince of Persia game. Could that be true? I hope not. It was fun to play. And the story was interesting. At the end, I regain the throne (though my father has died), and I am reunited with Farah, an Indian princess who I have apparently met in a previous game.

Here’s Farah from the movie they play after you have beaten the Vizier.
She is saying: How did you really know my name? She does not remember what happened in the previous game because time was reversed.

You need to ask for a refund or check the fine print. I believe when you win this game, Farah comes to your classroom to clean your desks.

I think you can rest assured that there will be another game … obviously Vizier has transformed himself into Farah … or could that be a fresh shaven Lloyd wearing a hair net?

  3. Peggy says:

It’s not that Lloyd looks like a woman … it’s that Farah looks like a man, a very manly man!
