Extreme Grand Master

Lately I haven’t had much energy when I get home. I can only watch a little TV or something, then go to bed. Last night after another church meeting, I was feeling kind of grouchy, so I just left the recorded TV shows for another night and played Peggle Nights. I’ve been struggling to conquer one last level. Last night, I did it. I scored the target score and cleared all the pegs. I have become an Extreme Grand Master. It feels good.

Congratulated by name.

Though I didn’t get a haircut like I did when I became a Grand Master, I did take a portrait picture. Behold an Extreme Grand Master of Peggle:

I rock.

Congratulations! You look like a weary warrior in that photo – like your eyes have seen many, many, many pegs disappear, never to be seen again.

(By the way – Peggle Nights? What’s that?)

  2. Lloyd says:

When you said it before I thought you said “Peggle Knights” and I thought you went around killing pegs, or something.

  3. Deanne says:

Wow. Congratulations. The only similar accomplishment I can boast of is reaching level 18 on brick breaker. And that is nowhere near extreme grand master. Wow.

  4. Beth says:

How many portraits did it take to get that one? Because I know how that goes. :D

  5. Peggy says:

Gee, what’s left for you…the Nobel Peace Prize…a Purple Heart…maybe knighted by the Queen?

  6. Kim says:

Congrats! Be sure to call Barack Obama and let him know that you are now available to handle National Security.

  7. Lloyd says:

Looking a little more closely, that’s not much of a trophy for an Extreme Grand Master.

  8. Carol says:

Watchyaself there, Mr. Royuk. I myself can recall about a year of not having any more energy when I got home from school than it took to watch TV or play PC games…2006 I believe it was…Some of us know how that went – not pretty. As Mary Englebreit might say it, “Snap out of it!” [Curs-ed Early Dark and all...]

…but congratulations on this major accomplishment anyway. I’m with Peggy, though – what’s left to do with your life <i?now? I say take up hand needlework – it can be quite consuming of both time and attention and yield beautiful results. Lessons available upon request…
