Mystery at Church

On my way back to my seat during communion, I noticed a round spot of light on the wall. It was really striking, so I went back after the service was over to check it out.

How mysterious...

After looking around for the origin, I found it. But it was even more mysterious.

An opening? Up there?

A church member who was watching me investigate said he’d noticed it before. He’s part of the Property Committee, so he looks for stuff like this. He said he thought it was a BB.

But ain’t it pretty?

Ooo! Ahh!

I think it’s the Mother Ship searching for you.

That is an excellent photo!! If you enter it in the Seward County Fair, I bet you’d win a prize. How nice that vandalism can be so lovely.

Maybe it’s God keeping a watch on that pew so that no one sits in His spot.

Maybe your church is an ancient telescope/calendar/whatever and on certain special days of the year (December 19 and so forth) significant areas of the church are illuminated?

Maybe it IS an ancient telescope or calender thing, but it shows secret clues about the meaning of life or assassination plans. Like in National Treasure!
