Welcome to Brad's online memory archives.

Winter Coat

Max is growing his winter coat. Last year, it was random white hairs sprouting here and there. This year, he’s got a more consistent patch of fur growing on each flank. I find it very interesting to see what his fur would look like if he were a haired cat. He’s gray and white. I already knew that, didn’t I?

I’ve got the heat lamp on, of course. And I run a forced-air heater pointed at his bed at night. He’s got the heat going, so I’m not worried that he’ll freeze. I am a little worried about the fur he’s going to leave all over my house now. What’ll I do with all the cat hair all over the place? Yikes!

This picture is just so you can see what part of his body the close-up picture is from.

I ruffled it so it would be more visible.

WOW…I can’t believe all that hair! Max, you’ve become a hippy overnight.

Oh and Brad…don’t forget to take a snipet to add to your collection…you know for when they come out with ‘Home Cloning Kits.’

“all that cat hair” in your house. Ha! Obviously you haven’t lived with the typical domestic short haired felis domesticus. Oy! Gotta love the dust bunnies made of oh-so-soft kitten fur, though…
