Funday

Yesterday was a day of fun. First, we slept in. I didn’t wake up until 7:30am. Awesome!

Next we went to IKEA. We rode in the ginormous car my parents rented. It’s a Tahoe. It has a way-back seat, and Tara and Tim love to ride in it.

Boys on the right and girls on the left.

We shopped and ate Swedish meatballs and shopped some more. On the way home, Tara and Tim got some sleep.

Tara's open mouth led me to share a childhood memory of my mom sleeping like this.

I sleep like this all the time. We must be related.

Later, in the evening, we went to Crackpot Restaurant for dinner. Mom got a couple crabs. Tim helped pound them with the hammer.

Tara wanted to know where their eyes were. Tim just wanted to hammer them.

Ha! You and Tim are going to be lifelong friends. He is you when he sleeps!

I remember the Crackpot. The chairs there are like the chairs from my childhood kitchen, only darker.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
