Welcome to Brad's online memory archives.

Two

At the beginning of this school year, I started drinking three Carnation packages each morning. Mostly it was because Carnation tastes so good, but it was also partially to make me feel more full. But an extra package of Carnation adds about 200 extra calories to my morning. That’s like a candy bar. Hmm… Maybe I should eat candy bars for breakfast. Mmm… Candy bars…

Anyway, I’ve decided to try to cut back on my calories a little bit. Since coming back to school from Easter Break, I’ve gone back to two packages of Carnation each morning. It’s been working out for me. I’m currently still drinking Carnation for lunch. I had wanted to switch to solid food for lunch because I get so hungry by the afternoon that I’ve been gorging myself for dinner. But I think the Early Dark has receded enough that my winter appetite is waning.

Now if I could just get my lazy self to exercise a little bit…

Starting my day the flax and Carnation way!

“I wanted to switch to solid food for lunch…” – start with a hot cereal that you make with a little juice, then gradually work up to soft, mushy foods like bananas or mashed potatoes. Don’t introduce items that need chewing until you notice that your new teeth can handle it.

I bet you’ll be happy once we get to meals in pill form.

Um. Is something wrong? It’s 8:23am your time and no new post.

Reload. I JUST posted. 🙂 I decided to sleep in a little today. I’m having allergies right now. I feel better when I’m unconscious.
