Burt’s Bees Orange Wow

I haven’t finished my previous tube of toothpaste, but I was too excited to wait: I found Burt’s Bees toothpaste in the grocery store! From my searches online, I was expecting it to be more than $10 per tube, but it was less than $6. AND they had a kids formulation that was orange flavored. Mmm… orange…

The tube says it's 99.2 percent natural.

At first, brushing with this toothpaste worried me because it’s really thick. It was like putting silicone sealant in my mouth. But after a few strokes of the toothbrush, the toothpaste dissolved. It is delicious! It is the best fruit flavored toothpaste I’ve ever tasted! Yum!

I declare Burt’s Bees Kids Orange Wow toothpaste a winner and give it an unreserved bradaptation recommendation. It tastes great, it doesn’t have sodium saccharin, it does have fluoride, and it doesn’t cost $10 per tube. It even has sparkles!

So... sparkly...

Weren’t you a little worried that one of the stingers wouldn’t be ground up all the way?

Wow! That is the coolest toothpaste I’ve ever seen…I’ve never used a fruit flavored toothpaste before, maybe I’ll give Burt’s a try.

      …coolest looking

      Now THAT is funny.

Isn’t it only $6 because it’s 40% less than a regular tube of toothpaste?

I’ve never tried something that wasn’t minty or cinnamon. Perhaps it’s bad memories of the awful ‘Cherry/Grape/Orange’ fluoride treatments as a child at the dentist. You’re so brave.

It looks like you have a grape-shaped orange on your toothbrush. That’s cool.

But what are you doing for your GUMS, young man! Happy teeth are only half the battle. Having recently sat through a very talkative hygienist taking multitudinous X-rays of my mouth on Thursday, I know I have happy teeth but very sad gums and may be looking at (expensive) gum surgery (if I elect to go through with it) depending on what the X-rays told the dentist, who has not called me back yet. In other words: FLOSS SOON AND OFTEN, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!
