This past week, the parents at school have been celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week. I have received Starbucks, snacks, muffins, and lunch. It has been awesome. I have definitely felt appreciated.
Yesterday, one of the school moms said she was making macaroni and cheese for all the teachers. It was really good. It was so cheesy. After school, I saw her and thanked her for the delightful treat. She gave me some left overs. Mmm…
She also told me her secret: The recipe called for a half cup of cheese, but she put in four cups. Ha!
So delicious.
That woman is a genius! I bet her chocolate cake rocks, too. 😉
