Speaking of Laundry…

At work yesterday, a dog who had a bloody nose shook his head and got blood all over my pants. We use hydrogen peroxide to clean blood out of fur, so I tried it on my pants. It seemed to work for the blood that was still wet, but the dried blood didn’t come out. I washed my pants in the washing machine twice in cold water last night. The stains were still there. It looks like I’ll have to turn to some form of store-bought stain remover.

At least it doesn't show up very badly on fuschia.

Aren’t those like badges of honor on your scrubs?

My first google for ‘how to remove dried blood stains’ came up with this, but now I worry that I’m on some watchlist. I’m not a murderer, internet!

H2O2 was the go-to for blood removal in the needlework industry – that, and one’s own saliva. Can you ask the dog to come back and spit on your scrubs perhaps? 😉

I, for one, would like to see you in that whole outfit.

Exactly Lloyd! I’m hoping he will post a full body shot in his scrubs one day. I’ve always wanted to wear scrubs – so cool.

I LOVE that color scrubs! And I bet this won’t be the last stain you get on them. I would guess it goes with the territory so you probably should stock up on some SHOUT. Or some plastic overalls.

And speaking of scrubs…..have you ever done this at work:
