On Sunday when it became apparent that I was going to have to go home instead of working, I made a quick stop at the grocery store. I needed sandwich ingredients for my lunches for the week. While I was shopping, I stopped by the cookie aisle. I was going to have cookies on my drive home. I was most excited to see Biscoff cookies. These are the cookies that I get on the airplane! And it’s not just two cookies, it’s a whole bunch of them! I ate half the package on my car trip.
There are still some left. I ate more last night. Mmm…
Apparently, it’s Europe’s favorite cookie with coffee.

Yesterday I was better, but today I’m feeling crummy again. I’m hoping that when the students arrive this morning I’ll get a kick of adrenaline and feel better. Report card grades are due today, so I’ll be doing some work after school no matter what I feel like. There’s nothing like a deadline to keep you moving!

I’ve been drinking caffeinated coffee all day. I’m just finishing my last cup.
