Happy Birthday to my niece Tara! Woo hoo!
Yesterday the weather was beautiful! I was off of work, and I celebrated the beautiful day by… staying inside all day.
Stupid, stupid Brad.
I did at least go out in the afternoon to have breakfast at Denny’s with Peggy. Since I had to walk past my yard to get to my truck, I saw the crocus blooms in my yard. A long time ago I planted hundreds of crocus bulbs in my lawn, thinking I would have beautiful flowers each year before the first mow. It never really happened, and the flowers just all went away, but every once in a while I get a crocus in the spring. It’s a fun surprise.
They are so short-lived. They will be gone tomorrow.
There is nothing wrong with staying inside, but I’m so glad you went out to see Peggy! And breakfast in the afternoon? That’s a stroke of genius right there.

I think there are even no dandelions in my yard, because they don’t think I could take care of them!!! If they only knew about God!!! He takes care of EVERYTHING!!!
