Pennsylvania Dutch Market

I went to Valley View garden center yesterday. I got some tomato plants and rosemary plants. I would have gotten more, but it’s cold, and I don’t think I should be planting things yet.

While I was there, I remembered that right next door is the Pennsylvania Dutch Market. I remembered that someone had said to me that the market has really good (something) and if I liked (something), I should really go there some Saturday. I couldn’t remember what the something was. It’s an Amish market. Was it rocking chairs? Was the building full of rocking chairs?

There were a LOT of people there.

There were a LOT of people there.

As it turns out, there were hardly any rocking chairs there. The building was full of food – lots and lots of delicious-looking food. I had recently eaten a huge breakfast and was not at all hungry. Otherwise, I would have gotten a bunch of it. Instead, I got nothing. But I didn’t return home empty-handed. I still had my tomato and rosemary plants.

What?!? No pictures of the food? You’re leaving us hanging, rocking chair boy. That place sounds fascinating and I must visit it someday. What are the colorful things on the right, close to the building? Shirts? People? Food?
