Moving Smaller

Happy Birthday to my nephew Tim! Yay!

I went up with my parents and Beth to visit Aunt Bev yesterday. Aunt Bev is moving. She sold her house, and is moving into a smaller rental house. This way, she has less house to fuss with, and the lawn and repairs are all taken care of. Nice!

I have many fond memories in Aunt Bev and Uncle Lyle’s house. It was fun to go and see the inside of it one last time. Here is the outside of it for the memory archive:

Hi, Aunt Bev!

Aunt Bev was downsizing, so she was giving some sentimental family items to my parents. She gave me a box full of old music books. I was excited to look through them. They’re childrens song books from the 1940’s and such. It will be fun to look through them more closely when I get time.

Her new house is really nice. She had a couple of secret room type spaces, which was really exciting. It’s also fun to imagine what it would be like to be moving into a new house… so many fun decisions…
