Less Sleep than Usual

I did the message in church yesterday. HERE it is.

I had the message done by Saturday bedtime, but it wasn’t right, so I couldn’t stop thinking about it. On top of that, I had drunk too much coffee. Those two things combined kept me tossing and turning all night.

Early yesterday morning I got up and re-wrote large portions of the message. I also drank more coffee.

By the time I went to church, I was sleep-deprived and jittery with caffeine. Still, I think things went pretty well. When I got home, I took a nap.

In the afternoon, I had lunch with Thurman and Carol and went to see “Ant Man”. I liked the movie better than I thought I would. I certainly enjoyed the company. Last night, I went to be early and slept like a baby.

Oy. I hear you about the too much coffee and no sleep. I had a mocha frappe’ at 5 p.m. and was up until 11:30. I actually sat up several times with worry about how much sleep was ahead. “Not enough! Not enough!” I am sorry for your wakefulness and jitters. 🙁

Off to read the message! It is certain to be extra-great with the extra editing! 🙂

Well, that was well worth your lack of sleep. Thank you for that – the riddles were a great tie-in, and that was just what I needed this morning. Awesome!

    Two queries, somewhat rhetorical:

    1. Does anyone ever see the Leviticus verse you referenced used to support monkey-to-man evolution (“and made us walk upright”)? Just wondering, as I think I understand the intended interpretation of the phrase, but yoou know people….
    2. If you only “went to BE” yesterday night, had you not existed before that – in which case, who went to lunch and a movie with us yesterday? 😉 Thanks for going with us, BTW – now we are no longer Cinemark “virgins”. 🙂

Wonderful message! I am glad LeVar kept you company.
