A Very Thanksgivingy Day

Church yesterday morning was very nice. There was a LOT of music. I played handbells, sang in the adult choir, and accompanied the childrens choir. The congregation also sang a bunch of hymns accompanied by organ, brass and drums. It was great! We ended with “Let All Things Now Living”, which is one of my favorite hymns ever.

This was right before the childrens choir sang.

Some friends of Denis came over for Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious, and the company was great. There were a LOT of leftovers, which was awesome. I filled up four plates, covered them, and put them in the freezer. Frozen dinners! Mmm…

So much deliciousness!

Sounds like a perfect day all around. And you can now extend the perfection every time you defrost. Yum!

Thankful for you in our lives over the years, sir…and for that Toyota truck. [Don’t forget to include a stop at our house on your next County dump run (We can be your “connection”, remember!).] But really for you. Honest. 😉

Fantastic! Those plates look delicious! Will have them devoured by tomorrow? (I’m about to have stuffing for breakfast. Mmmmmmmmm)

So glad you had a joyful, musical start to the day, too. What a day to be thankful! 🙂
