Yesterday and today, I woke up an hour before my alarm went off and couldn’t go back to sleep. It’s so weird for me to have trouble sleeping – I’m usually so good at it.
It doesn’t seem to be affecting my sleepiness during the day though. I’ve been very careful to go to bed early this school year, so I’ve been much better rested than previous years.
It also means that when It’s time for me to get out of bed, I’m ready to get moving. I’ve been ready to leave my house earlier than usual, and I get to school earlier too. More work time! Woo hoo!
