Friday Report

Yesterday we had a half day of school. It was pretty low-key. A lot of kids weren’t there. We’ve been doing a unit on dramatic literature in class, so this week we’ve been reading Holy Week events from the Bible, then looking at how different screenwriters treated the same source material. Yesterday was ‘Jesus before Pilate’. We also watched the crucifixion and resurrection according to “Godspell”.

After school, I had about six and a half hours before church started. I decided to go home. I ate a lot and slept a lot.

Church was nice. Lots of good music.

I didn’t take a picture of anything yesterday.

Huh. A half day? That is the least cacarion ever. Do you have Monday off?

    • Brad says:

Hehe… I like how you spelled “vacation”, so I’m going to leave it. Maybe I’ll start calling vacation “cacarion” from now on.

We have all next week off. It’s our spring break. I’m glad to finally get to it. Easter is late this year. We haven’t had many cacarion days since Christmas.

I am very impressed at your vocabulary, Lauren. I was going to get a dictionary to look up cacarion but thanks to Brad I now know the meaning.
