Sleeping Surfaces

I don’t know why, but Gus does not like my couch very much. He looks at it with suspicion. When I put him on one of the cushions, he leaps off of it as quickly as possible. It’s strange.

Last night he got up on it though. I was running the air conditioner all day yesterday, and my living room was cool enough that I was using the couch blankets. He jumped up on the couch and dug under one of the blankets and went to sleep.

He's under the patchwork blanket just to the left of my feet.

He does not, however, have a problem jumping up on my bed when it’s time to sleep for the night. Yesterday morning even used the pillow for a little while.

He didn't stay long. He likes being on a flat surface.

Awww… be still, my heart! He is adorable. 🙂

    Maybe your couch is haunted?
