To Lincoln and To Maui

Yesterday was my last day in Nebraska. I borrowed my mom’s car, and Denis and I went to Lincoln. We went to a department store that is closing. It was hard to resist buying stuff just because it was cheap. I had to keep asking myself: “Would I normally buy this?” Fortunately, the answer was often “no”.

It was 50 percent off, then another 20 percent off.

It was 50 percent off, then another 20 percent off.

I did end up getting some beach towels, because I had seen them last week when they were only 40% off. I also got another phone charging cord. I’ve wanted a second one, so I can have one by my bed, and one by my couch.

I’m flying back to Maui today. I’m nervous as always. At least my flying is all during the daylight hours. I like that kind of flight better.

Boooooooo……. This is the worst day of the summer. Thank you so much for spending time with us, and I pray that your flights are uneventful!

Hope your travels are smooth the entire way.

What’s up with Hawaii banning sunscreen?????? What will you do now?
