Gus has a new reason to stay in the warm bathroom: I got another air conditioner. My living room air conditioner has just had a hard time keeping up with the west sun that bakes my apartment walls and roof.
I got the kind of air conditioner that uses a hose for the exhaust, and I put it in my bedroom. It’s so much cooler at night. I’m sleeping well.

I see it has … two filters on the front? Are they the rinse-off kind or the replaceable kind? I have not been doing a bang-up job checking the filters on the dehumidifiers at school. Thank you for the reminder.

That is a closet door. I leave it closed, because it helps insulate the bedroom from the western sun.
