Practical Pens

A while back, I got a sample pen in the mail. Ever since then, I’ve been thinking I should order some pens with my school’s info on it. Then I could carry a bunch of them onto the plane with me, and when it’s time to fill out the forms for the Hawaii department of agriculture, and the airlines offer no pens to write with, I can pass them around and even tell people they can keep them. It will be such an easy way to increase our name recognition.

I did it – I ordered some. They arrived yesterday. It was hard to squeeze everything on, and the words look a little crowded to me, but these are really nice pens. I will enjoy handing them out. Let me know if you want one. I have 75 of them.

I think I will keep some at school too.

I think I will keep some at school too.

Awesome!! I don’t think it’s too squeezed at all – they look fantastic! Your marketing idea is brilliant, too!

I actually looked at ordering pens for my co-workers that say, “Lauren, return this to _______” since I’m a pen thief, but it was a brief search. It seemed like $40 for 100 cheap pens was the norm? What did your beautiful pens cost?

It was an introductory offer – I got 75 for $50. But then there was $45 shipping and handling, so it was really $95. The company treated me like a corporation and didn’t charge me before sending the pens, so I didn’t see the final bill until I opened the box and looked at the invoice. But honestly, I’m not too upset. I really like the pens. They are good quality.

That is a great idea! I know people search for pens to fill that form out. Perfect!

    Yes, I’ll take one please.
