I made Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. Yum! I had decided that I would cook a turkey and make potatoes and gravy too. I would eat some fresh, then freeze the rest as frozen dinners. Yum!
Last year, Beth told me about her “turkey gloves”. She has rubber cleaning gloves that she uses whenever she cooks a turkey. She can just pull the meat off the bones and stack it on the platter. I just so happened to have had some unused gloves, so I tried it. It was awesome!
The potatoes were a little weird. I left them in the boiling water too long. The stuffing was also weird. I used the microwave instead of a saucepan. But the turkey was delicious! I ate until I was stuffed.
Turkey Gloves are my best invention.
