A Little Like Christmas

I got some Christmas decorations on Black Friday. They weren’t on sale, but whatever. It was a tiny Christmas tree for my table, plus some tiny lights, plus a garland of shiny silver balls.

The lights were wrong, so I had to go back out on Saturday to get the right kind. I kept the wrong ones, and they’re decorating my kitchen:

I thought about getting some artificial pine garland, but meh... this looks fine.

I think the lights will be on the tree permanently. They’re made of wire. I also think I might remove the garland. It doesn’t look good to me. Maybe if it was shorter?

Never mind all the junk on the table.

Ahhhh…. that all looks just right. Tiny twinkly lights really are magical, aren’t they? I think you tree looks perfect, but if you want to try shortening the garland, just pile the extra behind it?

Dang it, Brad, now you’re getting me in a Christmas spirit!
