Something Is Better than Nothing

At the risk of jinxing it, I am going to post this: I went for a walk yesterday.

I have been so un-physical lately. I haven’t been feeling good. I want to get some more exercise. What I’d really like to do is lift weights, but I have such little self-motivation. Ugh. I’ve tried looking for a place that has exercise classes or personal trainers, but nobody offers anything in the morning – I’d have to wait until after school, when I don’t feel like doing anything.

So maybe I can at least walk. One day down…

    Well, a walk like that is at least a treat! Some gyms might paint a mural like that on a wall as a motivator. Wait, is virtual reality at a gym a thing? Or do they sell the goggles with treadmills? If that’s not a thing, that should totally be a thing.
