Attainably Unhealthy

A couple of weeks ago, I got some junk food to take with me to the camp. Ever since, I’ve had junk at my fingertips whenever I want it. It’s been awful.

I don’t have much self-control with junk food, so I never keep it in the house. Laziness always wins, so if I don’t have it at home, I’m not going to go out to get anything.

But last night, I didn’t have to go anywhere to get a sugary granola bar. Mmm…

The good news is, I’m out of junk food now. I still have sugary cereal, but all the other food in my house is either healthy, or unappealing, or both.

    Hooray for polishing it off! I hear you about willpower. I made another batch of that apple caramel and didn’t even bother portioning and wrapping it – I just cut off slabs and inhale them.

    I like your pantry organization: Sweet to the left, breads to the right. That granola bar was the bridge.
