Yesterday was Marjorie’s last full day, so it was her day to choose. She likes shopping, so we went to the swap meet. I really enjoy going to it, so it was a pleasant morning. I didn’t get any pictures, but Marjorie got a tote bag and small purse. Success!
We headed home after that, and between all the delicious foods we had eaten, and the warm day, and the walking we did, it was time for a nap.
We had planned to go to the beach, but Marjorie said she would rather just go someplace nice for dinner. We had an early dinner at a place that steams all kinds of shellfish. I had shrimp. Marjorie had the combination platter, which included crab – Marjorie’s favorite!
I again forgot to take a picture, but I did get a picture of the place we went to for dessert – soft serve ice cream. Yum!
We hung out a little when we got home, then Marjorie went to bed early. She wanted to start getting back on Las Vegas time.
Ahhhh…. a perfect Saturday. I’m glad she found some treasures to take home!
