Sore Slow Saturday

Happy Easter! He is Risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!

Moving out of my old place was a feverish, crazy one-day process. Moving in to my new place will be a long, slow process – a process I will LOVE, because I like house stuff. I want to get new faucets. I want to get different curtains. I want to paint. It will be AWESOME.

But yesterday I was so sore and tired. I didn’t do much at all. After the last-minute stuff at the old place in the morning, I came home and took a nap… then some Easter music practice, then a trip to get some lunch. Denis had heard about a cookie place that was at a fancy mall in Wailea. I had never been to that mall, which kind of surprised me to say out loud. I enjoy going places I haven’t been before. So we went, thinking we would have cookies for dessert.

The mall was indeed fancy.

In the afternoon, I took another nap. Then a little shopping in the evening, and to bed early. I had a sunrise service to get up for this morning!
