Plants and Birds and Gus

Since the contractor isn’t coming to work on my lanai until Monday, I decided to take my plants outside again. Since the plants were back outside, I also put some birdseed out there. Since the birdseed was out there, the birds came.

This pigeon immediately ate all the sunflower seeds - whole, without breaking the shells open!

Since the birds came, Gus was watching them.

He looks like he might charge at them, but he never does.

Wow – what a talented (yet picky) pigeon!

Gus is so fit and trim. I think he and Wally would get along famously. 🙂

Consider the plant moving part of your work out for the day. Maybe you should move them in and out daily? To music! But don’t step in the bird seed! Or on the pigeon! Gus could ride on your shoulders! I expect a picture of all this on Sunday…..

This story has the makings of one of those “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” types.

If you move the plants to the lanai….
