Turkey and Peanut Butter

I went to a dinner party last night. It was so pleasant. I loved relaxing and chatting before dinner. The house was decorated with the theme of Autumn. There were small vignettes scattered around the living and dining area. I only took one picture. It was of the wall by the dining table.

Dinner was turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes. Yum! Before dessert came out, the hostess passed out some peanut butter cups. I laughed out loud because the night before, I kept seeing a commercial for them and was craving them like crazy, but was too lazy to go out and get some. And here it was, right in front of me! It was delicious!

Awww…. it looks more like fall in Maui than it does in Nebraska. What a wonderful evening! Now I’m craving turkey……

Don’t you just love when the rest of the universe “feels” you like that (i.e., the magically-manifesting peanut butter cups)?? That did look like a relaxing time of conviviality – so glad you get to do things like that with your current team.

    God is good.
