Egg Pot

I have a really big frying pan, so when I want to do fried eggs, I use my sauce pan. It is the perfect size, and it has a lid. I put in a bunch of butter, then the eggs, and the steam cooks the tops. Easy-peasy!

I had a pretty healthy meal of eggs for dinner last night, but then I ate a bunch of Triscuits. Dang.

    You so smart. I would make scrambled eggs in the big frying pan and add lots of cheese and bacon bits! (Not healthy) triscuits have wheat…. that’s a good thing. I think you did fine, lots of protein which is good!

    I agree with Debbie – Triscuits are a grain, so that’s not so bad.

    I like your egg-cooking method. I think that eating a perfectly round circle of eggs would be very satisfying!
