I got home deliciously early yesterday. I think I was already walking in the door at 4:00pm. Wow! No, wait… it was a little after. I stopped at Lowe’s to look at flower seeds. A while ago, I bought a seed-starting tray, thinking I’d sprout a few things.
Yesterday, I finally planted the seeds! Woo hoo! I found a container with a bunch of vegetable seeds I bought in previous years. I decided I’d plant a row of everything. We’ll see if any of them are viable.
The rest of the tray is planted with dahlia seeds. I love bedding plants. I think I’m going to try to figure out a way to grow a bunch of them on my lanai.
Yay for sprouting things! I wonder if you could invent some new-fangled deck-railing planters. I know they have things like that, but you could make a waterfall-type thing so you had plants all the way around. I might still be asleep as I type this….
Oooooo how exciting! Yay for you to get home early and plant seeds! Two awesome events! Fill up the lanai!! I should be planting some seeds! Already got weeds to pull? I think mr. Preen and i are gonna be good friends this year!
