Sprouting Seeds

I was glad to find out that my seedlings have survived my absence. I have tomatoes, cucumbers, and dahlias.

Unfortunately, my marigold died. You can see it behind the seedlings in the picture above. But excitingly, there are marigold seedlings in the pot. Whenever I deadheaded the flowers, I always just tossed them in the pot. They sprouted! Woo hoo!

    Ahhh….. the circle of life! I am glad the little guys made it. 🙂 I have been wondering about starting some plants at the center since we currently don’t have little feet to trample stuff, but it’s probably too soon.

    Yay for you, everything looks great! I throw my mari deadheads all around too! Ha. I need to get some seeds going….. you’re inspiring me! Maybe today! It’s finally not raining!
