Quarantine Turkey

I’ve had a turkey in my freezer since Thanksgiving. Yesterday, I finally cooked it.

I made a whole Thanksgiving dinner! Yum! And it was so much turkey! After I had my fill, I made a bunch of frozen dinners. I have dinner for weeks!

    I also appreciate that you freeze it right on the plate. It’s like you’ve made your own t.v. dinners.

    Wow, good for you. Turkey in a hot tub! Great that you have so many meals now and won’t have to cook for days! Happy Thanksgiving in March!

    Thurman was craving a TG Day meal a week or so ago, so he prepped most of it, I made the commensurate green bean casserole, and there we went…with only enough leftovers for two more meals for each of us, too. Must have been something in the air lately (which, in our area, at least, no longer needs to be cut with a knife. Yea for shut downs…?)
