It’s been a long time since I grew a beard. Since I’ve been holed up in my place with no reason to go in public, I decided to stop shaving.
It’s been two weeks. School starts up again tomorrow, and the beard was unbearably itchy, so I shaved it off.
This is as long as it got:
It was a good-looking beard. R.I.P., facial hair. Hello, Mr. Royuk!
Goodbye quarantine beard. We hardly knew you.
That was a good look for you! Facial fun! Oh, goodbye…
My two cents? Stick with the Brad face we all know and love. Good effort, but I thought it aged you…unless you were trying for the “mature” look?
For a while, I let the hair color go – no pix taken before I finally broke down and colored. Knowing some of the kiddos could see me in our Zoom sessions prompted this action, though I doubt the majority would have cared either way. The big obstacle now? I always promise my stylist I won’t cut my bangs regardless how long they get because I usually botch them up. I may need to break that promise soon to avoid installing windshield wipers across my eyes.
