I went shopping yesterday! It was honest-to-goodness shopping, not just going to the grocery store for food to keep me alive.
I went to Ross. There was a line outside because Hawaii is limiting the number of people at one time in stores. Everyone is also required to wear masks. I’ve been using a medical-type mask made of paper (or whatever it’s made of). It is much easier to breathe through than cloth.
The shelves were pretty empty. I think a lot of people have been waiting to get back to shopping. I was looking for several items, but only found one: a new saucepan. My old pan was getting really beat up. I’m excited to have a new one.
A store! A store! I was going to go to a camping store in Omaha on Saturday but I was too sleepy to make the drive. I understand the need to just go somewhere and look at the stuff. That is an awesome pan!
