Peeling Paint

After painting my lanai railing, I left the paint cup to dry. It’s a re-usable cup, so I needed to clean it out. I noticed the dried paint was feeling rubbery, so I started pulling on it. It came out cleanly! Such a satisfying feeling…

A little rinsing and wiping, and the cup was ready to use again.

    So satisfying!

You just reminded me that I left some cans of paint out to dry in the spring. (The garbage collectors rejected them when I put them in the dumpster.) Maybe I should check on those…..

That would be one plus to latex-based paint alrightee. [Trying to remove a 3M Command strip from a latex-painted wall without damaging that wall is a sad drawback for the same reason.] Glad this was a good outcome for you and the cup!
