I kind of went back to my normal schedule, and I worked at school yesterday. Afterward, I went to the grocery store.
There was a great sale on eggs – $2.49 for 18 eggs! Wow! There was a limit of three. I got three.
They’re all “best by” November 15. That’s a lot of time to eat them . Nice! I will wait a while to boil them, though. My research about how to make hard boiled eggs easier to peel suggests that boiling non-fresh eggs is the most effective method.
My internet died this morning and I see my comment did, too. I said, “Holy Protein Packs, Batman! That’s quite a deal!”
