Egg Pop Soup

Happy Birthday, Lauren! Woo hoo!!!

I keep a steady supply of boiled eggs in my refrigerator because I eat them every morning for breakfast.

I was out last night, so I boiled some new. I was watching the pot come to a boil because I like to prove the old adage wrong, when there was a loud “pop”. One of the eggs exploded. Well, “exploded” is probably too spectacular of a word. It popped open.

I continued boiling it. I only had four eggs left. I didn’t want to throw one away. Hopefully it won’t be too gross when I eat it.
