Yesterday was officially the Third Day of Christmas. But even if it wasn’t, it would still have felt like Christmas.
The day started with church, which of course included lots of Christmas music. I took a picture after the service because this is what everyone does: They stand facing the balcony and listen to the post-service music. The church music director always plays something amazing.
After church, I had lunch at my mom’s house, then hung out there. We talked, watched football, napped, and pet the cat. It was so relaxing.
In the evening, I joined Lloyd and Lauren for some sit around time. There were many treats, including one of my absolute favorites: peanut brittle. Mmm…
Our entertainment for the evening was an old Christmas favorite: Die Hard.
That was only the second time I’ve watched Die Hard all the way through. I know the quotes, but it’s good to refresh the old memory. 🙂
