Case Trials

Beth gave me some slickery pillow cases for Christmas. She said they were currently popular among middle school girls. I tried sleeping with them. They weren’t my favorite. They feel kind of hot, and… wet? I don’t know. It’s weird.

I moved them to my couch. They work better there, but still…

It was fun giving them a try though. Maybe I’ll keep them for guests and see how they like them.

Thanks for the fun sleep experiments, Beth! And thanks for the gift of a post!

Hahaha! Tara and I both tried them, too.

    Same. They’re too…slickery, and hot…
I feel the same about microfiber sheets. I think it’s the polyester. Sleeping in plastic is hot.

But now you can tell the girls in your class. 🙂

Haha! I almost wrote in my post that they remind me of a night gown you had when I was a kid.

You are most welcome to use one on your pillow while you’re visiting here 🙂

“slickery” Isn’t that from a cough drop commercial from the 80’s?

My comment got lost yesterday. Aren’t those the kind of pillows that are supposed to keep your hairstyle intact? Not that you need it – you wake up runway-ready.
