In anticipation of me having Paul and Rachel visit, my mom sent a box of food in the mail. There was a humorous amount of mac and cheese in it. They were a Velveeta product, and had flavors – cheeseburger mac, chicken alfredo, bacon mac and cheese. We made all three at once to taste them.
I thought they would be just ok, but they are really good. I think this might be something I keep in my pantry. Thanks for the new idea, Mom!
In other news, there is a lot of snow falling in Nebraska, and my mom’s flight leaves tomorrow. Lloyd is driving her to Omaha in the snow today. Please pray for their safe travel, and for smooth rest-of-travels for my mom.
Those look delicious! I am a big fan of pantry stuff. I have Mac-n-cheese variants, too. Lloyd likes salsa on his, I like some canned tomatoes with basil (fake spaghetti), also a drained can of tuna, part of a can of cream of mushroom soup and part of a can of peas: boom. Tuna casserole. I’ll need to try your flavors!
