Rosemary and Honey

I’ve moved some of the potted plants around on my lanai, and I decided to take out the rosemary plant. I left it in the dumpster corral.

When I came back later, it was gone. It has a new home now. And I have room to move my remaining plants around a little and get a new arrangement going. It’s the beginning of spring here on Maui, so there will be new plants at the garden center, and lots of opportunities for colorful flowers in my pots. Yay!

While I was out on my lanai, I saved a honeybee that was drowning in some water out there. I put it on my alyssum, where it dried out for a while, then flew away. Godspeed, little honeybee!

Awwww…. thank you for saving the bee. 🙂

I’m glad your apartment complex does that at the dumpster corral. It’s a good way to reuse/recycle things with minimal hassle. Think how happy you made someone with that rosemary!

How great that you saved a honey bee! Way to go! You can hang your Cape up now with a smile.
