Sunday Funday

Yesterday was Denis’ last day here. I am SO thankful for his help in packing my moving pod. I was saying that if he hadn’t come, it would still have gotten done, but it would have been done poorly, and with lots more stress.

We had some leisure time yesterday, so we stopped by the Maui Tropical Plantation. I have loved feeding the fish and ducks there in the past, so I thought it would be fun to visit again. The food was different, and didn’t float, and the fish that used to be in the pond seemed to be gone, so it was a little disappointing, but it was still a beautiful place to visit.

Later in the day we met Josh and his family for lilikoi margaritas in Makawao. They were delicious, and the conversation was fun! It was a great time!

I’m in the endgame now. I leave one week from today. My days are filling up with scheduled appointments and events. I won’t be bored, that’s for sure 🙂

God bless Denis. He is amazing! I’m so glad you had a good friend to help you, and that your last week there will be full of things to keep you occupied.

    Cheers!
