Happy Birthday to me! Woo hoo! I’m 56. I went looking for some fun facts about the number 56. My favorites are: there were 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence. And 56 in Roman numerals is LVI. It’s my Levi year! Yay!
And now, to our regularly scheduled post:
I like mornings, because they’re quiet and peaceful. On my drive to school, I see people walking, and I often think I’d like to do that myself.
Yesterday, I did it. I woke up at 6:15, and instead of going back to sleep, I put on some clothes and went for a walk.
It was dim out, but the sky was already getting light, and the sun was rising.
I only walked a little ways into my neighborhood, and then turned around and came back. I liked it. It WAS peaceful. But a little chilly. It was in the fifties, for goodness sakes!
Happy Levi year! Woo-hoo! Next year we’re all going to be insufferable with steak sauce.
