I gardened yesterday! Yay!
I mowed my lawn, and even used the string trimmer and edger. It’s so nice looking. I didn’t take any pictures.
I also pulled weeds from my driveway and poisoned their roots with super-strong vinegar. I didn’t take any pictures.
I also watered in the back yard. Pictures didn’t even occur to me there, because not much has changed back there in a while.
I did take a picture of the hydrangea that’s growing at the base of the stupid pygmy date palms in my front yard.
There’s also some other kind of plant growing that looks like a bush or tree. I couldn’t pull it out because it was too thick already. One of these days I’m going to hire someone who has the equipment to tear all of this out. Maybe this summer?
Until then, at least I can enjoy the hydrangea:
I also have been doing a lot of weeding and planting. We put up a tall fence around the vegetable garden to keep th e deer out. That hydrangea is very unusual. I hope you can save it or at least root some cuttings. Happy gardening!
That IS unusual! How is a firework in the center of each cluster?
