Multi-symptom

A week ago, I thought I had a cold coming on. It turns out I didn’t, but I did end up getting some medicine in preparation.

I usually get DayQuil. I like the chest congestion stuff, the mucous-drying stuff, and the cough suppressing stuff. I never need the acetaminophen though. I rarely get headaches. This time, I tried to find a multi-symptom medicine that had only the three things I wanted. I stood in the medicine aisle reading boxes for a LONG time, but I did find it:

I’ll be glad to not be taking medicine I don’t need. I’ve heard acetaminophen can be hard on your liver.

That was smart of you to get something just in case. Without fail, whenever Lloyd is sick, we don’t have any of the stuff he needs, despite a drawer full of drugs.

Here’s hoping you feel better with no need to take the pills!
