My first day back at school was good. I always feel better once I’m with the kids. The paperwork and classroom chores and stuff are necessary, but I don’t care for them at all.
The bathrooms at school are getting completely refurbished. I got a peek inside them this morning. It was so cool to see the blank slate. Here’s the before and after… or maybe I should say before and “during”…
I didn’t know the boys room was getting a storage closet added to it. What a great idea! Storage is really at a premium at our school, so this will help a lot.
I’m excited to see the final product when the bathrooms are done. They’re scheduled to be done by the end of April.

I’ve been keeping tabs on the bathroom at our place, too, but they’ve been working on the floor tiling for for-ev-er and there is always a sign that says, “Do not walk here,” and I struggle to obey. So much struggling…..
