Yesterday after church, we went for lunch. After a few false starts, we ended up at a restaurant I’ve never been to. It was a delicious diner breakfast. I will for sure be returning to that restaurant. Yum!
After dinner, everyone else headed up to the top of Haleakala. I stayed at school and made some lists, then headed to Target for a few household supplies. By the time I got home, it was late afternoon. I was excited to see my starfish flower had opened. Yay!

That starfish flower is crazy! How long will that smelly bloom stay open?
It only lasts a couple of days, but once it starts blooming, new flowers usually keep coming for a while.
