During parent/teacher conferences, one of the parents gave me some lemons from their yard. They had been in my fridge for a few days, but last night I decided to make my mom’s lemon pudding recipe. Yum!
It was kind of weird I did it. This recipe is fairly involved. It really helps to have a mechanical mixer though…
